Pauline Books & Media, the apostolic activity of the Daughters of St Paul, is keen to provide teachers and students with a range of books and audio-visual products, either as a complete course of religious instruction or to supplement existing material.
We are agents for the complete course of religious education published by Silver Burdett & Ginn and Pearson Education. We also have a wide range of posters, videos and resource materials for assembly or classroom use. Details of many of our products can be found on this website, in our catalogue or by personally visiting one of our book & media centres, details of which are also included in this website.

Opening a Credit Account

Educational Discount
We are able to offer a discount of 10 % to educational establishments on all orders over £50 in value, excluding postage, provided that payment is received within 5 weeks of the invoice date, or 10 weeks in the case of overseas customers.
Orders
An order for goods can be placed through this website by clicking on CATALOGUE or one of the types of goods in which you are interested at the menu on the left. Orders can also be placed by e-mail and post or during the hours of 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by telephone or fax. Delivery
Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible and certainly within 10 days. If we find this is not possible, we will contact you. Deliveries to the United Kingdom and Ireland will include an appropriate charge for packing and delivery. For deliveries outside these areas, we will ask you for your preferred shipping method. These shipping costs may not be included on your goods invoice, but could be separately invoiced.
Returns
We can only accept a return of goods if you make a claim within 3 working days of receiving them. Credit will only be given if the goods were damaged during delivery, or are faulty, or are returned in a saleable condition. We cannot entertain any claim, unless you first notify us of the problem.
Payment
For deliveries made to addresses in the United Kingdom and Ireland payment becomes due 30 days after the invoice date. Monthly statements are sent to all customers with outstanding balances, and we welcome prompt settlement of these accounts. Payment is accepted in sterling, euros or American dollars. Payment may also be made by any VISA credit or debit card, Maestro and Access credit card. We regret we are unable to accept payment by American Express.
